You must use your rail industry email address to sign up for an account or your request will be denied, this allows us to ensure that members of the public do not gain access to sensitive information.
If you have an organisation email address, please use this when registering. Examples are: john.smith@networkrail.co.uk, john.smith@swrailway.com. Please do not use personal email addresses such as; @gmail.com, @yahoo.co.uk etc.
