On Wednesday 1 May, the third Brand Film Festival was held at Hawker House, London and we are pleased to announce the industry’s Small Talk Saves Lives (STSL) campaign picked up two awards.
The event brings together filmmakers and industry experts to celebrate the best of brand film making throughout Europe, and this year, Small Talk Saves Lives won Gold in two categories – ‘Not-for-Profit/Giving Back’ and ‘Viral’.
The campaign, which was developed in partnership with Samaritans and British Transport Police, with creative input from communications agency Pegasus, came out as a recommendation during a bespoke piece of research commissioned on behalf of the industry.
STSL has now achieved a total of 24 awards, but this is the first time that the campaign has achieved first place at the Brand Film Festival.
As well as STSL, the industry’s You vs Train trespass campaign, that was also developed by Pegasus, was recognised at the event and won Silver in the ‘Viral’ and ‘Health’ categories.
Congratulations go to all those involved in the campaign, and if you would like to read more about the event and other winners, please visit https://www.brandfilmfestival.co.uk/
