In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week kicking off today, the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) have created a list of ’50 random acts of kindness’.
Take action and carry out a random act of kindness for someone else. Research shows that helping others can be beneficial to our own mental health. It can reduce stress, improve our emotional wellbeing and even benefit our physical health.
The list includes some quick and simple things we can do which may brighten someone else’s day. Some of these ideas are especially poignant during this difficult time.
